We want you to love your colouring book — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email info@franchongdotcom.com with:

• Your order number

• A short note explaining why you’d like to return or exchange it

Your item must be in its original condition - unused, uncoloured, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund (excluding shipping costs) or send out your replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or full refund right away - no need to send the damaged item back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked postage, as we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
